Following on from the Global Gravure Summit in Florida March 4-5, Hybrid Cylinders gave a further presentation on ‘Hybrid Cylinders – Size Variability. Lower Cost. Quicker to Press’ at the recent European Rotogravure Association’s Technical Meeting in Turin, Italy last week.
Like the Gravure Association of the Americas, the ERA (European Rotogravure Association) aims to support users of the gravure printing process and its mission is to promote gravure wherever it is applied and to contribute to the healthy continuity of the gravure industry.
The Technical Meeting in Turin covered technical subjects in areas such as Pre-press, Cylinder Technology, Substrates and also the Environment and Health & Safety and included factory visits of both the Bobst Italia facility in San Giorgio Monferrato and Cerutti Packaging Equipment in Vercelli.
